Joseph Grynbaum, P.E. – Energy Consultant

Joseph Grynbaum is a professional licensed engineer who has worked in the global power generation industry for nearly 35 years. He brings a broad multi-cultural perspective as an engineering manager and independent consultant as well as a thorough understanding of fossil based power generation technologies and renewable energy solutions, including biomass, bagasse and rice hulls for feedstock. He has completed a wide variety of assignments in Pakistan, South Africa, Jamaica, Australia and domestically, where his technical experience and knowledge encompassed the engineering design, construction and operations of coal and biomass facilities as well as hydroelectric projects. For Parker & Associates he contributed to a program audit of a Brazil bagasse facility which was undertaken on behalf of the USTDA. Mr. Grynbaum is also an experienced mediator who successfully mediated a potentially costly dispute between an EPC contractor and the project owner of a $25 million cogeneration project in the Caribbean.
