Horatius is a certified fraud examiner with over eight years of audit experience auditing public sector companies, oil and gas companies, banking and insurance entities, and governmental and non-governmental organizations. He has served on several internal control, audit and assurance, forensic audits, and compliance engagements. He has extensive international experience, having worked on projects in Liberia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone.

Horatius has worked, in partnership, with international firms on several regional engagements. Horatius has conducted audits per international standards on auditing (ISA), generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and international public sector accounting standards (IPSAS).
