Ernest is a certified public accountant with over 25 years of experience and a particular focus on financial consulting and international development. He co-founded Parker, Whitfield & Co., in 1992, whose name later changed to Parker & Company, LLC, and he continues as a managing partner.  He worked as an audit and tax manager and freelance consultant for regional and “Big 4” CPA firms.

As the   firm’s partner, he manages numerous engagements, and he has extensive experience in the preparation of financial statements and management letters under GAAP/IFRS accounting. He has an in-depth understanding of all phases of the audit cycle. He regularly consults on a broad range of issues, including corporate finance and compliance with  government contracting rules and regulations. Ernest has extensive international experience, having managed projects in Liberia, Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, Thailand, Vietnam, Ukraine, Croatia, Slovakia, Romania, Brazil, and England.
