Richard is a certified fraud examiner with over 25 years of experience working with various local and international financial institutions in Liberia. He has a particular focus on areas of internal audit, accounting, and credit administration. Richard worked as the chief financial officer for an insurance company in Liberia before joining Parker & Company, LLC. He has managed numerous tax and audit engagements across several industries.

Richard has extensive experience  preparing financial statements and management letters per IFRS and GAAP accounting standards. He has an understanding of all phases of the audit cycle. Richard currently consults regularly on a broad range of tax issues, including fraud investigation and compliance with  Liberia’s Revenue Code.
