Tania has over seven years of experience in accounting and audit. She gained substantial experience in conducting audits of government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and financial institutions and, per international standards on auditing (ISA), generally accepted accounting auditing standards (GAAS), international public sector accounting standards (IPSAS), and USAID procurement regulations (AIDAR).

Tania manages numerous engagements, and she has broad experience in  preparing financial statements and management letters under GAAP and IFRS accounting.
